We are all always being guided. Our guide is always present, but it can take practice to learn how to recognize it AND trust it. (Call this guide whatever feels right to you.)

Guidance comes in different ways for me. Sometimes, I feel something similar to butterflies in my chest and stomach. Other times, it feels like warm water rushes through me; sometimes, it’s a clear inner knowing. There are also less frequent times when I hear an inner voice accompanied by a deep sense of peace and certainty.

I’m taking time to rest my tired twinkle this season. We went to a restaurant for Thanksgiving dinner with friends, which was lovely. Over the next week, I’m slowly doing a little Christmas decorating.

It’s been a very busy and challenging year as I’ve been setting up our new house in Napa, California, and I’m pooped.

My jingle and twinkle are set to slow-mo this year because I don’t want to be crazy busy. I want to have more time for quiet reflection this holiday season and beyond.

Zzzzz…

Fly, fly, fly!

It’s time! Cackle! Cackle!

I woke up today and was immediately bombarded with crap that I’ve been dealing with for months. We have been moving into a new house, and it’s been the most difficult move I’ve ever experienced. I am exhausted and frustrated and have pretty regular bouts of anger.

I felt this way this morning as I was trying to do my morning Continue Reading »

Got a bone to pick?

Peace is a choice. I’m in no way suggesting to stuff down resentments or to be afraid of them, but it is important to get very clear that we can’t hold on to them AND have peace.

It can help to hold them right Continue Reading »

It’s time to bring my fall wardrobe out of storage. Cackle! Cackle!
