We all judge, but judging ourselves for judging is not helpful. It is helpful to know that this hurts us and that we want to see things differently. The good news is that we all have an inner halo repair shop, and we can go in for repairs at any time.
The halo repair shop’s tools are true forgiveness, compassion, and kindness–for others and for ourselves. It shows us that when we judge others, we hurt ourselves. In seeing this, we are willing to set these judgments aside so our own halos can be repaired. We can’t have both judgment and healing.
When we are willing to offer true forgiveness, compassion, and kindness, our own halo is healed; when we withhold them, we stand outside the repair shop in misery.

Your halo repair shop’s door is always open, and no questions are asked except one: Do you want peace or misery? The choice is always ours.

Yeah, technically, everybody is a critic, which means that we somehow eventually judge or criticize somebody else for being different or extraordinary. Judging or criticizing people too early is how you end up misjudging them; in other words, judging them incorrectly.
However, difference is a good thing actually. Without differences, we couldn’t tell each other apart! And let’s not forget that people also have similarities, which are things that they have in common!
Finally though, morality matters. It matters big time when somebody does something immoral, as in evil. Evil is moral badness. Badness is just spoiled goodness that needs to be cleansed somehow!
