I loooove Christmas time. I love everything about it; the twinkling lights make my heart sing, and I can’t wait for it to start snowing! I love snow!
I kept my Christmas tree up for years (oopsie) but took it down a few months ago as most of the twinkle lights burnt out. I have curtain twinkle lights hanging in my office window year-round, as well as a few other Christmas decorations.
As much as I love all these things and more, what I love most is how the season reflects the love that lives in each of us back to us. It’s a celebration of the love that is the truth of each of us (no matter how much it might seem otherwise sometimes). The magic of Christmas lives in each of us and twinkles back to us, nudging us to remember.
Remember what? You, the truth of you, is beautiful beyond comprehension. You don’t have to do anything or be anything in particular to be lovable and worthy. You are. You just are, and there’s nothing you can do about that.
This is still true, no matter what you have ever done or not done. You don’t have the power to change how infinitely valuable you are. It’s an immutable fact and not subject to opinion. And this is no fairy tale.

My heart is completely undone reading these beyond lovely comments from anonymous to SM. I feel that tightening about my throat and chest whilst trying to hold in my emotions wondering what will happen next? I’m thinking SM might be a bit overwhelmed and out of breath, that sort of thing. Wobbly knees, dizziness, pounding heart. Maybe some twinkle lights and snow might help out. ❄️✨🌟❄️
