You are incomprehensibly beautiful and precious…and there’s nothing you can do about it.
We can forget this and cover it up with many stories about what we are, but this has never changed what we are, just as the sun continues shining, even if we put a blindfold on. A blindfold can only temporarily change whether we see its light or not.
We are like the most beautiful flowers, created to be what flowers are, but thinking we could decide that we are not flowers but dirt. As we begin to let all these silly ideas that we (or anyone else) could ever be dirt fall away, we begin to see everyone’s beautiful petals dancing in the sun…including our own.
The fastest way to see our own true beauty is to be determined to see this beauty in others. I am not referring to physical appearances but the beauty that is seen when we are willing to look beyond how things appear to be.
