
I don’t know about you, but I needed this reminder today. I know it can be challenging not to worry, but I find that if I keep bringing my focus back to this moment and look for a sense of peace right now, the worry will dissipate. It’s a conscious practice that I sometimes have to do repeatedly until I find a sense of peace.
Thank you for always reminding me to slow down and decrease stress (worrying) it just makes it worse
