I do this in many ways and all the time. ❤️ For example, years ago, I did a meditation where I imagined a beautiful white light of pure love. I then made a pile of all my burdens and also lined up all those I love. One by one I carried each person and thing and placed them in the outstretched arms of the loving light. ❤️
There were not enough tissues in the house for all the tears that spilled from my little eyeballs!
