Some of my greatest breakthroughs in life came in the wake of deep challenges. It’s not fun walking through the challenges for sure, but I always invariably end up on the other side with a deep sense of gratitude for them because of where they have led me. The truth is that everything is we ever experience has one purpose–to be a blessing. I know that this isn’t always easy to see, and sometimes we must dig very deeply in order to discover that gift, but the effort is well worth it. I know that everything is a gift, however much it might seem otherwise, so I start from there and keep digging until I find it.
