I wrote myself a little prescription:Whenever I start to worry about the future today, I am going to get quiet and look for that present joy within that’s always waiting for my invitation to enter. Do you want to take a few doses with me today?

Oh my goodness! Just finished talking to my therapist and wished I’d seen this before I had. I certainly would have told him about it.
This is such an awesome saying. Wish I had a printer. I’d certainly print this and hang near my bathroom mirror so I’d see if every time I’d go in there.
