This is the yoga pose I referred to in yesterday’s post. Mine is, er, not as pretty, but that’s what I like about artistic license. Wink.
I figured out how to post from my computer to Instagram instead of my phone (which was a pain), and so I will be posting there more often as well. I let peeps know this on Facebook and some feathers got into a fluff as some interpreted this as me announcing that I was leaving Facebook. As difficult as Facebook is to work with, I’m not leaving Facebook (for now). If you’d like to follow on Instagram as well there’s a link in the sidebar on the right. xo

I find my peace by learning to bend with the winds of the storms instead of fighting against them. I discover that the attacks leave less scars. Love the pic and the fact that my favorite little prince is with you in spirit. Precious. 💝

“Artistic license”, love it!! 😊 My sister had a best friend growing up that would start out in your pose shown above then bend her legs at the knee and put both feet at the back of her neck!
