I received the book, which my 6 year old granddaughter had mentioned to me many times she REALLY wanted–I’d shown her the posts and told her she reminded me of Princess Sassy Pants and her dog. I was going to surprise her with it as something special-no occasion. I know she’ll love it, but the outside cover corners by the binding edge are both crumpled. It would definitely be a candidate for “slightly damaged” discount. I looked for a place to request a replacement, and this is the closest I got.

Hi Kathie, Rann is correct. So sorry your book was damaged during shipping. I think the postal service drop kicks some packages these days unfortunately. Please email me at thepup@tangledtwinkle.com with the full name the original order was placed under and we’ll ship you out a replacement asap. If you could include a quick photo that would be helpful as we file claims with the postal service. Sorry for the inconvenience. I hope your granddaughter loves the book! xo
