IMPORTANT UPDATE!
The fulfillment center was able to process the orders placed but unfortunately it’s not going to be perfect. I know that about half have already shipped and the other half are going out Monday. I honestly don’t know at this point if everyone will receive their order by Christmas. All I know is that we are doing the very best we can.
I do need those who ordered TWO or more separate orders to email me at thepup@tangledtwinkle.com.
Please! Only those who placed two or more separate orders as these are the orders we are now having trouble with. I need the name and email address with which you placed your order. (Don’t leave the information here though as I will not see it–please email it in time.)
Please, please! I don’t have a customer service team in another country somewhere to handle inquiries. My “team” is me and the pups.
Many of you have been so supportive and kind and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate it. Some still feel like they need to be threatening and unkind unfortunately but I am so very grateful for those of you who have chosen not to be. Thank you so much!
