Hi everyone. Things have gone from bad to worse unfortunately with the book orders and the fulfillment center. I sent out emails to everyone who ordered a while back letting everyone know there are some issues but many, many are still emailing me asking when their items will ship. I understand but I just don’t have that information right now. I am working really hard to remedy this whole mess.
I literally feel ill so please, please be patient. And please don’t email me with nasty messages, threats and accusations. I can’t do more than I’m doing and rest assured that if for some reason your order can’t be fulfilled, I will issue any necessary refunds.
This has never been about making money for me and I actually donated most of the profits from previous year’s sales–some to various individuals who needed help with college tuition, one whose husband was injured and couldn’t work and a large sum to a shelter for abused women. So this isn’t some sort of scam.
I will let everyone know here and in the Princess Sassy Pants private group as I get information on the status of everything. In the meantime, I shut down the tangled twinkle site as I don’t want to take any more orders until we get this figured out.
