Here ya go lady.
I have been in computer hell for past 2 days. My router took a sudden death and so did my label writer. Bought a new router/modem combo wireless, and a new label writer wireless. Install was to be oh so easy peasy, well it was not on either item, took all effing day. This was all for desktop. Got them done and working and turned around to leave my office when my laptop showed me the blue screen of death. Screw that I said, done in here for the day, tmrw is a new day. Unplugged it and left. Re-plugged it in this morning and it is working so ran every scan possible, fixed all its problems except one which I do not know how to do, actually I do know how to do it but it is a âsystemâ issue and I could mess this up so am leaving alone, It is a log thing which I am guessing wonât hurt it since Bob wants this laptop for his use and he never goes online, only uses Word, so should be fine. Had to re-connect phones, tablets, my 2 Echoes, all toys to new internet connection. Toys are fun but can be a major PIA. I ordered Bob a new printer (not here yet)for his upcoming birthday, so when I thought the laptop died I was pissed because then Iâd have to buy a new laptop for him. Our old 25 yr old HP printer he was using finally died. I had the laptop connected wirelessly to my printer but he didnât want to hear that, he wanted his own printer. He is so old school when it comes to tech stuff, actually he is in the dark ages, knows nothing and seems to want to stay there, so be it this laptop will serve him well I hope. Eventually I will get myself a new laptop.
