I know I write a lot about naps, resting, and quiet time. I do this because I’ve found it’s one of the most important things we can do. It’s in the moments of quiet that we open a way to hear the whispers of our heart, whispers that are often drowned out by the noise of life’s busyness. There really is an inner wisdom that lives in each of us and it is speaking to us all the time. There really is a place within where nothing is impossible, but it does us no good unless we open a way to see it and experience it. One of the ways to do this is through regular quiet time.
Quiet time doesn’t have to be hours a day. It can be just a few moments in the morning and in the evening to start. A few moments where we sit, close our eyes and just listen. It’s okay if you don’t seem to hear anything. You might not hear anything for some time and you won’t always hear anything while you’re sitting quietly. You might notice greater clarity in your life though. You might begin to get a better sense of direction in general and you might notice more synchronicities. HOW it shows up specifically for you, nobody can say, but there’s one thing for sure–we cannot listen within on a regular basis and NOT experience transformation in our life.
Gotta go! I have a lot of doing nothing to catch up on!

Quiet time/meditation is soooo beneficial. Thank you for reminding us of the importance of listening to/for the Voice within.🙂❤️
